About CBS Sports Network

CBS Sports Network is an English-language pay-television network in USA, owned by CBS Entertainment Group. Though it is available via cable, satellite and various over-the-top (OTT) streaming services in USA, it may also be accessed in Canada via IPTV.

Since its launch in 2002, CBS Sports Network has provided significant coverage for American college sports, as it has held broadcast rights to events from all major conferences. Men’s and women’s college sports that have been regularly covered by the station include American football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball and wrestling. CBS Sports Network has also shown a lot of professional sports over the years, including golf, rugby, tennis and more.

	UEFA Champions League (2020-2024) Following Turner’s decision to opt out of its UEFA contract, CBS began coverage of the UEFA Champion League in August 2020. The American commercial broadcaster had initially acquired Champions League rights in USA for the 2021-2024 period; however, with Turner backing out of their deal for Europe’s primary club soccer competition, CBS was given the chance to start airing the Champions League in USA on its television and digital platforms two seasons early. More details As part of the agreement, CBS Sports and Paramount+ will show all UEFA club competitions, including the UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and UEFA Europa Conference League until 2024. Paramount+ will stream all UEFA Champions League matches live online every season till the end of the deal, whereas CBS Television and CBS Sports Network will televise three big games every match day. Champions League broadcasts on CBS will be carried out in English language, along with auxiliary programming and match highlights.
	UEFA Europa League (2020-2024) CBS became the new home for the UEFA Europa League in 2020, after Turner’s contract with the European football confederation was prematurely terminated, following a five-month halt of the club tournament due to the Coronavirus pandemic. CBS carried out free streaming of all UEFA Europa League matches live in USA on CBS All Access, right after taking over broadcast rights from Turner. More details CBS’ multi-platform deal with UEFA means that live Europa League coverage in USA will continue on cable television, mobile platforms and online through 2024, as the commercial broadcaster has already acquired 2021-2024 rights for the competition. English-language live Europa League coverage will be handled by CBS Sports and Paramount+, whereas CBS Sports HQ may participate in the live airing of Europa League draws. CBS Sports Digital may join the latter to show match highlights. Paramount+ will stream every UEFA Europa League match live in USA throughout the agreement’s period, whereas CBS Television Network and CBS Sports Network will show marquee matches every game week. CBS will additionally produce original content, as well as full replays. Exclusive Europa League clips will further be distributed to CBS’ social channels online.
	CONCACAF Nations League (2021) CBS has landed CONCACAF Nations League Finals rights, and will broadcast live games from the men’s tournament on its streaming service Paramount+.

	FIFA Women's World Cup Qualifying (2021-2022) CBS has secured exclusive English -language rights to the Women’s CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers for the 2023 finals set to take place in Australia. CBS will air the matches live on its OTT service Paramount+.
	World Cup Qualifying (2021-2022) CBS has acquired exclusive English-language rights to the Men’s CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers for the 2022 tournament. CBS will show live matches on subscription streaming platform Paramount+. Fixtures aired live will only include those played outside of USA and Mexico.

	UEFA Europa Conference League (2020-2024) ViacomCBS has secured exclusive English-language multi-platform rights for the UEFA Europa Conference League in USA. CBS will provide comprehensive coverage of the competition from 2021 until 2024. Paramount+ will stream the Europa Conference League live online and on its mobile platforms, whereas CBS Television Network and CBS Sports Network will air the matches on TV. 	United States - NWSL (2020-2022) CBS Television Network and CBS Sports Network will combine to show live NWSL games. OTT streaming service Paramount+ will provide live exclusive streams as well.
